Crazy menu in a cafe in Ginza…

For two people:

• 4 wholemeal wraps/fajitas
• 1 carrot
• Quarter of a leek
• Half a small green pepper
• Half a small red pepper
• Handful beansprouts
• 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce (can use soy sauce if easier to source)
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Then cook the carrot for 3-4 minutes. 
2. Add the leek and peppers and cook for another 3.
3. Add the beansprouts and warm the wraps/fajitas - following the packet instructions.
4. Add the teriyaki sauce, then cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Fill the wraps/fajitas with the vegetables.
